School Day details:

8.45am: Playground doors open and school begins

8.55am: Playground gates and doors close; latecomers need to be escorted to the School Office, where the reason for lateness is recorded.

Morning playtimes: 10.45- 11am for Rec, Y1 &Y2; and 11 -11.15am for Y3- 5.

11.50 - 12.50: lunchtime for Rec and Y1

12-1pm: lunchtime for Y2

12.15-1.15pm: lunchtime for Y3 and Y4

2.45-3pm: playtime for Rec and Y1.

3.15pm: end of school day; staff dismiss children directly to parents/carers.

Breakfast Club:
PIXIES KIDZ Club run our breakfast club from 7.45-8.45am. After-School Care

For parents/carers looking for child care beyond the school day, St George's After-School Club may be able to help. The after-school leaders collect the children from their classes and ensure they wear high-visibility jackets before they walk to St George's Hall. For further information please contact St George's After-School team directly (020 8650 6459 or 07929737095).
After-School Care days/hours: Mon - Thurs 3.15-6pm; Fri 3.15-5.30pm.

Please let the St George's After-school team know if your child wants to attend a 3.15-4.15pm school activity club AND St George's After-School Club, as this needs their approval.

Bromley Children Project

The project is a borough wide service that aims to protect and develop children by offering support for them and their families; particularly those who are struggling and are in need of  additional help but don't qualify for the support provided by children's social care.

The aims are to :

  • support families with children aged under 11 by offering quality targeted parenting courses and one to one family support.
  • provide impartial information, advice and support for parents of children with special educational needs.
  • provide impartial information and advice for all parents on their child's transition from primary school to secondary school.
  • offer a range of courses and drop in sessions for parents and their children aged under five though the Children and Family Centres focused on child development, school preparation, family support and parenting, health and wellbeing and acquiring new skills.
